• Do you accept custom order requests? We are not offering custom orders at this time, besides our personalized dog treat listings.
• Do you offer wholesale? Select items from our catalog are available for wholesale. Sign up for Faire using my direct link: https://citydogtreatbar.faire.com
• When will my order ship? Please refer to our shipping policies listed under our "Info" menu, as well as individual item listings and/or homepage for current shipping/turnaround times. 
• How do I apply for your Brand Pup program? The best way to find out when we are searching for new CDTB Brand Pups is to follow the shop on Instagram @citydogtreatbar!
• Which size should I choose for my pet? Please refer to our sizing charts under "Info" as well as on our individual item listings, to help guide your sizing choice. It is important to measure your dog's neck and not guess, as breed examples are just a general guideline, and measurements vary greatly even within the same breeds. Don't forget to account for extra fluff & comfort. When in doubt, we always recommend sizing up!
• Care instructions: Please see individual item listings for care instructions. As a general rule, we recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry, or machine wash on cold, then lay flat to dry.
• Disclaimer: Always monitor your pet while wearing our products. Any item worn on the neck can pose a choking hazard. Remove when your pet sleeps or when unattended. We are not responsible for any harm or damage due to misuse.
•  No toy is indestructible. We recommend supervising your dog while playing with any toys. Heavy, destructive chewers (like my own beagle!) should be closely watched & toys inspected for wear & tear for replacement when necessary.
